INFORMATION
Scott is a native of St.
Louis, Missouri who joined the practice of law at The Singer
Law Firm in April 2005. While attending the University
of Missouri-Columbia, Scott received the CALI Award for
excellence in International Law and was placed on the Dean's
List for four semesters.
After passing the Missouri
Bar in 2004, Scott moved to Hoboken, New Jersey to work during
the day in investment banking and coach wrestling at Columbia
University in Manhattan, New York in the evening. In
mid-2005, Scott left the East Coast to return to St. Louis
when asked by Partner Donald Singer to be part of The Singer
Law Firm.
During his high school
wrestling career at Parkway Central, Scott compiled a record
of 149-0, becoming the only 4X undefeated State Champion in
the state of Missouri. In his collegiate career, he led
the Northwestern University Wrestling Team as captain for 3
years and became a 3X NCAA Division I All-American and the
Male Scholar Athlete of the University in 2000. Scott
placed 2nd in the 1997 Pan-American Games in Puerto Rico, 1st
in the 1997 Maccabi Games in Israel and competed in the 2004
Olympic Trials. In 2005 Scott was inducted into the
Missouri Wrestling Hall of Fame and JCA Hall of Fame.
Currently, in his spare time, Scott assists in coaching
wrestling at several St. Louis area high schools and little
league wrestling clubs.
Outside the practice of law,
Scott enjoys wrestling, water skiing, relaxing and playing
with his four dogs - Chewey, Mocha "Latte", Bitsy
and Abigail.
