PERSONAL INFORMATION

Donald Singer has been practicing law in Missouri and Illinois for over 35 years.  In his early career, Donald served as a Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis County and as a Public Defender.  After working several years in the public sector, Donald entered the private legal arena, starting a mid-size firm in downtown Clayton where he worked as Partner.

After serving as a litigator since graduating law school, Donald recently decided to re-evaluate his legal goals and experience, changing the direction of his legal practice.  Donald left his former firm as Partner to found and start The Singer Law Firm while working at Washington University on a master's degree in law known as a L.L.M.

Donald is in the process of shifting his practice of law as a litigator toward Estate Planning and Wealth/Asset Protection.  In the process, Donald is working to groom and prepare the next generation of attorneys in The Singer Law Firm to work as efficient, effective and skillful trial litigators and client advocates.

Outside the practice of law, Donald stays busy spending time with his family which includes his wife Joanne, four children and granddaughter.
