The Singer Law Firm is a Missouri law firm, practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning and wealth/asset protection, probate administration and litigation, eminent domain/condemnation and real estate matters, formation and legal maintenance of for profit and nonprofit businesses, sports representation, family law and certain criminal matters.
Our firm consists of a small, highly-skilled team of attorneys and support personnel who strive to provide clients with the best results possible while maintaining high ethical standards. Our attorney's combination of knowledge and energy will help serve a variety of different legal objectives, from assisting clients on individual and business matters to pursuing changes to our legal system in the spirit of justice. Our attorneys and staff commit themselves to the analysis and resolution of legal matters in representing our clients zealously.
Our goal is to remain a small-sized firm that treats our clients in a manner that we ourselves would want to be treated while providing service and results superior to that of larger firms.
Our three lawyers practice in the focus areas described above. Founding Partner Donald Singer has over 38 years of legal experience in complex litigation in state and federal court. With a strong love for real estate, Don has been in the forefront in representing property owners involved in eminent domain matters. Don enjoys assisting individuals and families in planning to protect their assets from creditors, predators and outlaws (ex-in-laws). He is an experienced trial attorney who received his masters in tax law from Washington University in 2008.
Partner Scott Schatzman specializes in transactional matters and litigation. Scott manages firm matters and practices mainly in the areas of estate planning and asset/wealth protection, eminent domain and real estate matters, business and corporate legal matters and sports representation. With a collegiate and international wrestling background, Scott represents coaches and athletes in Missouri and Illinois. This includes athletes in the booming sport of mixed martial arts. Scott is also pursuing his masters in tax law from Washington University.
Partner Matthew Singer specializes in litigation. Matthew wants to follow in the footsteps of his father as a trial attorney. Matt handles general litigation matters in all areas of law. This includes personal injury matters, wrongful death, medical malpractice, slip and fall, traffic violations, DWI’s and divorces.
