PERSONAL INFORMATION
Scott Schatzman's main areas of practice include estate planning/asset protection planning, small business/corporate representation, commercial and residential real estate representation, and contractual negotiations and related representation. Scott enjoys assisting individuals, families and their businesses in their long term planning to protect and control their assets in the event of disagreement, divorce, dissolution, disability or death. Scott advises small business and non-profit clients in their formation, operation and tax election decisions as well as their succession planning. He handles a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, including but not limited to commercial leases, residential leases, and sales agreements. Scott attends Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri part-time pursuing a master's in tax law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and St. Louis Sport's Commission Associates.
Scott attended law school at the University of Missouri. While attending law school, Scott assisted in coaching the Missouri Tiger wrestling team from 2001 to 2004 as they climbed to a top ranked team in the country. |
